If paid by credit card, you will only be charged once your pre-ordered item comes into stock. Items will ship around the date estimated by the manufacturer. These dates aren't concrete and will sometimes vary for reasons out of our control. When items come into stock, items will be shipped to those who have ordered earliest on a first come first served basis.

If you opted to have your items shipped for free, your entire order will ship together when all items are in stock. Items can be shipped separately on request, though extra shipping charges may apply.

Free Shipping Restrictions:

• Free Shipping available for orders $99 and above.
• Free Shipping only available for orders shipped to addresses in the United States.
• You must live in the contiguous 48 States.
• Items will be shipped via the method of our choice. Your order will usually arrive within 4-15 business days.
• Orders will be subject to delays or holds. This happens because we might need to ship your items into as few shipments as possible. If one or more items in your order are not in stock, we have the option to hold your order temporarily until all items are available to ship together. Please be aware that your order might not be ship right away if you are using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
• Items can be shipped separately if requested, though extra shipping charges will apply. At checkout, please write in the comments box that you would like to have your items shipped separately.
• Packages shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may face additional shipping charges.
• Odd sized items such as wallscrolls, posters, calendars, etc. that need to be shipped separately will incur an extra shipping fee.
• Large or heavy weight items that are shipped in oversized boxes or multiple packages may incur an extra shipping fee.
